This project was created for Typography at Ivy Tech Community College. The purpose of this assignment was to create a figure of a favorite author using only letters of a single font, noticing the shape of the letters and using them to create the form of our author's different features. We then were to share a quote from our subject in a complimentary font to the main one chosen.
In choosing a font, I wanted to stick with something that held the same elegance and timelessness that Alcotts books have, as well as find something similar to her handwriting giving this project a connection to its subject even in the details.
